Patient Financial Services
The Patient Financial Services office is open 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 to 3:00 on Fridays. The PFS office is responsible for helping all patients resolve their hospital accounts. The staff of the department takes a customer-oriented approach in dealing with patients and their families.
