Position Title: RN - Med/Surg - 7p-7a full- & part-time

Department:Nursing Services
Position Description: The person in this position will provide nursing care to specific caseload of patients across the life span utilizing established standards of care, consistently exercising proficiency in medication administration as prescribed by physician, effectively documenting assessment findings, maintaining records pertaining to the delivery of nursing care and communicating patient assessments to RN shift supervisor and patient’s physician. The RN will supervise LPNs, Ward Clerks and Nurse Assistants.

Status:Full Time
Shift Time Schedule:7pm - 7 am
The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:
Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Oklahoma licensed
Special Skills:Proficiency in assessment, communication and computer skills.
License Required:Oklahoma licensed, CPR certified, ACLS certification preferred
