Position Title: RN Shift Supervisor

Department:Nursing Services
Position Description: This full-time supervisory position is responsible for the provision of nursing care to all inpatients, emergent patients, outpatients, and obstetrical patients on assigned shift. The RN Shift Supervisor delegates nursing activities on assigned shift, initiates, supervises, and evaluates the nursing care plan according to the licensed independent practitioner’s orders while working collaboratively with other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.

Status:Full Time
The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:
Education:Candidates must possess Current Oklahoma RN licensure with CPR for healthcare; preferred ACLS
Experience:minimum 3 – 5 years experience in Medical / Surgical nursing care
Special Skills:CPR for healthcare; preferred ACLS
· Organized, excellent communication skills
· Proficiency in nursing process and practice
· Frequent verbal and phone communication required
· Computer proficiency
