All messages received by 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time will be delivered the same day. Messages received after 4:00 p.m. will be delivered the next business day.
Weekends and Holidays:
All messages will be delivered the next business day.
Messages sent to patients that have been discharged cannot be delivered.
