| Position Description: | The Director of Surgical Services has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for quality patient care administration and practice for the development and maintenance of the business and development of staff who consistently strive to exceed standards. The person in this role will lead the surgical team in process improvement programs and enhanced medical staff relations, providing the direction and oversight of operational activities for the surgical services department through budgeting, short and long-term planning, program development, and policy and procedure implementation. The Surgical Services Director will lead aggressive efforts to achieve significant growth in surgical volume in our new, state-of-the-art facility. |

Days:Monday – Friday. 24 hour call responsibility |
| The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience. |
